We built this service around one problem: needing a plumber in Paris is stressful enough without also needing to explain a burst pipe in your second language. Here's exactly how it works.
How it works
You reach out by phone or WhatsApp, in English, and describe what's going on. We figure out roughly what's needed and send a plumber from our network who's already been briefed on the problem, so you're not repeating yourself when they arrive. No app to download, no account to create.
Who actually does the work
We're not one plumber trying to cover the whole of Paris and 20km around it alone. We work with a network of independent, vetted, insured plumbers, which is how we can realistically dispatch someone at 3am on a Sunday as easily as 3pm on a Tuesday.
On pricing
Most jobs land somewhere between €90 and €250, but you'll always get a specific figure confirmed by phone or on-site before work begins — never a surprise on the invoice. If the job turns out bigger than expected, that's a written quote, not a silent upcharge.
