Bagnolet
A dense town right against the 20th arrondissement, with a mix of large residential towers and older, more traditional streets.
Why it's different here
Bagnolet has a genuine mix of large residential tower blocks — built to house a growing population in the mid-20th century — and older, smaller-scale residential streets that predate them. That combination means two quite different plumbing profiles within a fairly small area, right on the edge of the 20th arrondissement.
Who calls us here
We hear from residents in the larger housing towers, sometimes dealing with a shared building system, and separately from residents in the town's older, smaller residential streets.
Dispatched from Paris
We're not a Paris-only service that reluctantly covers the suburbs — Bagnolet is part of our regular coverage area, with plumbers who know the town, not just the route in from central Paris.
Good to know
A fault in communal plumbing can affect several flats at once — worth mentioning if neighbours are seeing the same issue.
Smaller, older buildings tend to have more typical ageing hot water systems.
High-density buildings are a common source of blocked drains.
Being this close to Paris means dispatch times close to what you'd expect inside the city itself.
